"Costa Rica 2008 was awesome, (totally).
It was one of the best vacations I ever had. Take the six best days of summer and put them together. That's what I wanted, and that's what I got."

Here's how it works: From your place of departure you will fly to San Jose, Costa Rica. Your airfare will depend on your point of origin and is not included in the package price outlined below. The current estimate shows airfare on Lacsa from LAX to be $465, Houston $460, and JFK $391. Please contact your travel agent Dack Holland at Surf Express 1.888.566.4147 for current airline pricing.

Pat Weber of SDSA will either meet and greet you at the airport or have a hotel shuttle arranged for you depending on your arrival time. Dinner will be provided that evening and we will have a safe, clean, comfortable place to stay (the Hotel Brilla Sol) close to the airport in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Catching a fun glassy wave in Costa Rica Warm water in February...awesome!

In the morning, we will take a 45 minute 12 passenger commuter flight over to the beach at the edge of the jungle on the Nicoya Penisula. The alternative is a five hour van ride with the last hour being a bumpy off-road adventure. Let's stick with the puddle jumper!  There will be plenty of time to get the first surf session of the trip in and then relax before a hearty dinner at our choice of a variety of restaurants.
